In my time at LeverPoint, I have grown from a staff accountant fresh out of college, to a senior accountant, and into my current role of associate manager where I oversee a team of 3 senior accountants, 5 staff accountants, and 20 clients. In my first year at LeverPoint, I was nominated for and selected for a Raising the Bar award for Self Management. As a senior accountant, I was selected for a High Potential Employee (HIPO) program, which I completed in December 2017. In my current associate manager role, I am a part of a Leadership Development Academy program with other associate managers, managers, and directors.
